Job Description

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1.Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/License Exam) in Nursing;
2.With Basic Occupational Safety and Health(BOSH), OHNAP and COSH Training and Certificate;
3.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.)
4.With at least 1 years of experience in a corporate, clinic, or hospital set-up;
5.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6.Critical-thinking skills.
7.A warm and caring disposition

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Develop and implement health and safety programs.
2.Provide emergency treatment and nursing care to injured or ill workers.
3.Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
4.Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
5.Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
6.Communicate with management on a regular basis.
7.Creates an inventory of medicines and other medical supplies and ensure that stock are sufficient;
8.Participate in health maintenance examination and provides assistance to employees in availing medical services through HMO accredited hospitals;
9.Assisting in the administration and Implementation of health and processing of HMO concerns;
10.If a physician is not available, to perform activities which are within the scope allowable by the nursing profession, and if more extensive examinations are needed, to refer the same to a physician.
11.Participate in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers.
12.Maintain a reporting and records system, and, if a physician is not available, prepare and submit an annual medical report, using form DOLE/BWC/HSD/OH-47, and other health related DOLE reports to the employer, as required by OSH Standards, among others;
13.Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate leader.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
