Job Description
• Records the vital signs and other medical information of members, guests, and employees.
• Take blood pressure and determine if range is abnormal.
• Maintains all members’, guests, and employees medical and other similar records.
• Assess and determine the health status of the employee which may include a recommendation like being sent home or back to work.
• Assess employee’s examination results and refer to company physician for management; monitor recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
• Refers and asissts in the immediate transport of ill and/or injured members, guests and employees to the hospital as necessary.
• Creates health and safety awareness among members, guests, and employees thru information dessemination such as posting of monthly health awareness posters in bulletin board and keeping up to date with health calendar and latest news of the Department of Health.
• Assists in the Annual Physical Examination (APE) and other special examinations of Employees.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the company doctor or immediate superior from time to time.
