Job Description

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Assist in maintaining a work calendar.
Book and schedule guests for the client's Podcast.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced self-starter with organization efficiency.
Phone/Zoom skills are a must.
Familiar with different CRMs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable computer, either desktop or laptop.
Stable internet connection.
Backup device and a backup internet service provider.
Dedicated workspace.
Headset and webcam.

WORK ARRANGEMENT:
Work from home
Full-time role
Schedule: TBD EST
Rate: $4/hour
