JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION/DESIGNATION: OPERATIONS OIC. The role of the OPERATIONS OIC shall act as the Executive Assistant (EA) of the Managing Director (MD),

OBJECTIVE: Oversees the highest standards of efficiency in operations by integrating Best Practices, measured by profitability, as well as client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with all clients (Lessees), 3rd party strategic partners/outsource consultants, as well as suppliers and service providers.

2. Supervise the internal support groups, such as, but not limited to: MAINTENANCE, SECURITY, HOUSEKEEPING, including authorized Liaison representatives.

3. Coordinate with partners/consultants, suppliers, and service providers to ensure all properties under the VILLANUEVA GROUP of Companies are well maintained, to protect/improve asset values.

4. Assist/Support the MD in developing, refining, and enforcing Best Practice principles, Code of Conduct, Rules & Regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which contribute to the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in job performance reviews.

5. Update Business Permits and any other other Certifications/Clearances required by LGUs and various government institutions for all companies and properties under the VILLANUEVA GROUP.



6. Assist/Support the MD in Business Development plans and activities.

SUPPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES (ACCOUNTING):

1. Coordinate with partners/consultants, as required.

2. Supervise/Train support teams to develop teamwork for efficient and effective delivery of their KPIs and strengthen overall organizational development.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinate with LGUs, barangays, and other government institutions, as needed.

2. Maintain good working relationships with LGUs and other government institutions (eg.. fire department, PNP, etc.).

The OPERATIONS OIC reports directly to the Managing Director and works closely with partners and consultants. Upon the discretion of the MD, the OPERATIONS OIC will be tasked with matters not mentioned or identified under this Job Description for the purpose of professional and organizational development and multi-tasking.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
