Job Description
-Manage, create, implement, and supervise policies and regulations.
-Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organization.
-Oversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training, and safety.
-Consult with management on strategic planning and serve as a link between management and its employees/staff.
-Handle staffing issues, mediate disputes, and direct disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications:
-With knowledge and experience in labor laws, compensation and benefits, organizational planning and development, HR discipline, recruitment and selection, employee relations, safety, and training.
