Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning so-
lution sales strategies
Work through leads to Sales on CRM
Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
Hire, coach and lead a high-performing team members
Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
Good communication and presentation skills
Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
IT and HR background is a plus
