Job Description
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to drive design, development, and delivery phases.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop high-quality content outlines.
Design standards, templates, and checklists for effective learning solutions.
Review deliverables for quality adherence and identify project risks.
Coach instructional designers and implement innovative learning strategies.
Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in instructional design, content analysis, and industry trends.
Knowledge of design/authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe.
Experience in a global environment with strong cross-cultural competence.
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills with a solid business acumen.
Experience Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations.
Desired work experience: 4+ years in content development and instructional designing.
Extensive experience in delivering various training modalities.
Experience leading and coaching small teams independently.
