Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant

Responsibilities:

● Responsible for the functional modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) applications
● Review and map MS Dynamics business processes, communicate effectively with technical team to speak on system/environment architecture, development, integrations, and overall client requirements
● Deliver the day-to-day activities of MS Dynamics D365 consulting engagements for various clients including process design, functional configuration, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
● Identify areas where customizations or extensions may be required (including changes to standard reports if needed)
● Facilitate functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions
● Provide client support at the appropriate time of the overall implementation cycle

Qualifications:

● Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses
● Has at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
● Expertise of the F&O capabilities and all governance components
● Experience working with SharePoint Designer workflows, InfoPath, or any other solution type conversion to Power Platform solutions
● Familiarity with MS Azure logic apps and Azure functions
● Ability to work with functional teams with both onshore and offshore resources
● Ability to demonstrate a clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilities
● Has Microsoft Dynamics F&O Certifications
● Ability and a good level of knowledge with project tools such as Azure DevOps (TFS, VSTS), MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
● With experience in solution delivery with tools other than F&O Platform such as PowerAutomate Office 365, D365, etc
● Ideally be certified at an Associate level on D365 Finance (having passed the MB-300 Dynamics Core and MB-310 Dynamics Finance exams)
● Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
