Quality and Operations Specialist

The Quality and Operations Specialist will be the Strategist who continuously looks for
ways to optimize processes and workflows, supply improvement initiatives, support
departments and directors and identify gaps between polices and actual implementation
of activities.

Job Responsibilities:
• Closed-loop operation support from strategy to execution: manage regular
meetings of ICT departments and programs (quarterly/monthly/biweekly/weekly),
and support meeting organization (office, documentation and affairs).
• Be responsible for the document management, archiving, storage and use of the
ICT department
• Be responsible for the ICT process operation and maintenance
• Be responsible of ICT information security management (KIA identification
management, violation handling, publicize, exam, etc.) and ICT compliance
management (risk management, compliance operations, publicity, and exams)

Preferred qualifications:
• Business or quality operation experience, quality operation methods, quality
system construction experience, or successful business practices are preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and promotion skills, and willing to accept
challenges.
• Experience in quality management, IT process management, etc. is preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage
