Cyber Transformation IAM Consultant

Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage client engagements of varying complexities.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
● Understand client business objectives and provide strategic guidance.
● Lead and mentor a team of IAM/IGA professionals, providing guidance and support.

● Oversee the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
● Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
● Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
● Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
● Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and generating new business.
● Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and market positioning.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other business units within KPMG.
● Leverage internal resources and expertise to enhance client solutions.
● Drive integrated and comprehensive approaches to client challenges.
● Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
● Ensure security and compliance throughout IAM/IGA projects.
● Create comprehensive documentation for IAM/IGA solutions and processes.
● Generate reports for stakeholders on project progress, issues, and recommendations.
● Work with vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate IAM/IGA solutions.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
● Proven experience (15 years+) in IAM/IGA roles focusing on designing & implementing IAM/IGA solutions, and managing IAM/IGA Operations
● Preferably with at least three (3) years of experience in IT consulting/advisory services
● Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams; IAM/IGA Engineers and/or Consultants
● Strong understanding of IAM/IGA best practices, security and compliance requirements, and experience with other IAM/IGA technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-On, PAM, and Multi-Factor authentication (MFA)
● Preferably with hands-on experience in SailPoint, CyberArk and Azure Active Directory
● Leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
● Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Preferably has at least one of the following certifications:
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
o Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
o Certified Identity Access Manager (CIAM)
o Identity and Access Management (IAM) certifications from recognized vendors – SailPoint, CyberArk and Azure
