Job Description

Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for appointment scheduling, customer service, and sales. The Telemarketer will utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with prospective and current clients.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Creates the training schedules, Track and create reports on the results of all trainings and maintain training records for the company.
• Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
• Coordinates with the Trainor's regarding on the Training schedules
• Leads generation for possible attendees for the trainings
• Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
• Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
• Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house and Public training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
• Handles inquiries regarding Public and Inhouse Trainings


Job Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, Commerce, Behavioral Sciences, Information Technology, Engineering, or any other courses
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
• Experience in appointment scheduling and customer service
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients
• Sales skills and ability to effectively sell products or services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
