Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to join our team and support our founders in various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the founders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist in email management and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing urgent matters.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives.
Help with the organization and preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
Assist in lead generation activities, including identifying potential clients and qualifying leads.
Collaborate with the founders on sales-related tasks, including follow-ups and closing deals.
Maintain and update CRM databases and other systems as needed.
Perform general office duties and provide additional support as required.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in typing (minimum 25 words per minute) and familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts would be advantageous.
