SALES ASSOCIATE

WORK SET UP: HYBRID (3 days ONSITE, 2 days WFH) - equipment provided
LOCATION: Ortigas, Pasig
CONTRACT DURACTION: Initially 3 months, with high chance of extension, regularization, absorption
SALARY OFFER: Php 21,000 - Php 25,000
START DATE: December 18, 2023 (tentative)

We’re looking for a Sales Associate who will build customer relationships with existing and new paying users. The job will be a hybrid of telemarketing and field sales. Your daily routine will revolve around connecting with company users online and offline and how they can get the best value from the company platform through exposure, leads, and finally sales.

This role will report to the Goods Category Lead. This is a project-based role based in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build relationships with existing customers
Close new deals at a high rate
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Conduct onboarding of merchants
Ensure that these customers continue to purchase and spend on company
Contribute and achieve the team target set by the organization
Support other tasks as and when required to support the team and back up other team members
QUALIFICATIONS:

With 6 months years experience in customer facing roles preferably in sales
Good communication skills to make outbound calls with selected customers
Drive to conduct saturation drives in key areas in Metro Manila to acquire potential clients
Account management skills
Able to converse in English and Filipino
Based in Metro Manila
Amenable to work on a 3 months contract
Report to the office at least 3 days a week
