Job Description

Job Purpose:

Overall Point-of-Contact in all matters related to the company’s computer systems, network systems, and communication systems. This position also plays an important role in championing IT and Data Security measures and IT compliance measures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install and support LANs, Network segments, network switches, internet and intranet systems
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines with the required access
• Regularly review existing network infrastructure and propose changes for improvement
• Install and maintain hardware and software requirements for computers within the company
• Servers – Design, Setup, Configure, Test, Deploy and Maintain all network servers
• SFTP, Shared Folders and Cloud Storage Maintenance and Clean Up
• Setup the firewalls, Anti-virus, Anti-spam, etc to protect the systems and ensure maximum internal network protection
• Maintain an inventory of all hardware, software and applications within the company
• Performs all data backups and secures data according to established procedures
• Daily checking of the company’s communication systems if working and routing as expected based on its setup
• Identifying potential risks to the company’s system and propose solutions. /
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to local PCs, network, connectivity, etc.
• Responsible for all email, skype, linkedin, face book logins and creation for the company
• Responsible ensuring all IT suppliers are up to date on payment with the help of accounts
• Responsible for the phone system and working with VOIP suppliers creating voice mails where needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least three (3) years of working experience as IT Officer or as Network Admin / Systems Admin or equivalent
• IT experience in a company with 50 FTEs is plus

Technical Skills:
• Technical knowledge in the operation of local and WAN and components
• Hands on administrative experience with Windows Server OS or Linux)
• Hands on LAN and WAN administration experience
• Knowledge of cloud-based, file sharing systems is ideal
• Knowledge of call centre networking systems is ideal
• Hands-on administrative experience with Firewalls and Intrusion Detection and Intrusion Prevention Technologies.
• Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining desktop computers and components
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
