Job Description
● Creating a business plan that addresses income, expense, and sales controls in order to manage organizational sales.
● Reaching predetermined sales targets.
● Establishing personal sales goals with the sales group.
● Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
● Supervising the sales team's performance and operations.
● Coordinating lead generation efforts with marketing.
● The continuous education of your sales staff.
● Fostering the growth of your sales team by guidance, inspiration, and product knowledge training.
● Promoting the company and its offerings.
● Recognize our target market and how they interact with our offerings.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
● Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
● Experience in customer relationship management.
● Experience managing and directing a sales team.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Dedication to providing great customer service. Ability to lead a sales team.
