(Vértere) is an all-Filipino company established to engage in information technology (IT) enabled services including but not limited to software application development, maintenance and support, system integration, software quality assurance testing, database management and migration, IT infrastructure upgrade and support, IT professional staffing and business process outsourcing.

Vértere started its operations in September 2017, resulting from a management buyout of Kforce Global Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of US professional staffing firm Kforce, Inc. Vértere traces its roots to year 1996 when an American company, Pinkerton Computer Consultants, set up Provident Computer Consultants in the Philippines to become its offshore development facility. Provident was renamed Kforce Global Solutions, Inc. after Kforce acquired Pinkerton in 2006.
