Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of a detailed test plan based on the overall verification strategy
- Prepare test cases and test scripts to be used during the testing phase of the project
- Perform software system tests (e.g. sanity, functional, regression, integration etc.)
- Document results of the test performed during the testing phase of the project
- Prepare test reports and report the status of the testing activities
- Log and track defects using project-defined defect tracking tools
Education/ Experience:
- University Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in automated software testing (Selenium)
- Experience in creating automated scripts
- In-depth understanding of software development and test methodologies and processes
- Experience writing test plans, detailed test cases, and other formal test documentation
- Excellent communication skills, can work effectively both as an individual and in conjunction with a team
