Orchard Property Marketing Corporation’s (OPMC) humble beginnings started as an in-house marketing division of Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc. (SLRDI). After its overwhelming success, it was established on October 16, 1995 as an independent marketing firm that exclusively sells SLRDI and Sta. Lucia Land Inc. (SLLI) projects. OPMC now markets over fifty projects nationwide including Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, Quezon, Cebu, Bacolod, Silay, Iloilo, Davao and South Cotabato. Upcoming projects include Zamboanga and Talisay, Negros Occidental.
