Sales Assistant

Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience

- Graduate of Communication Arts or any business course / Graduate of Real Estate Management is a plus;
- Average verbal and written skills;
- Basic people handling;
- Very good interpersonal skills;
- With excellent customer service skills;
- Adept in computer applications;
- Can conduct training and seminars, with modulated voice;
- Willing to attend agent concerns even after office hours;
- Creative, energetic and passionate.

Duties/Responsibilities;

- Monitors performance & attendance of sellers during the accreditation seminar;
- Validates the accreditation of all new sellers;
- Conducts Product Knowledge Seminars using approved materials of the company;
- Supports sellers in all sales activities, network organization and sales quota target;
- Monitors weekly and monthly sales and recruitment targets on the assigned projects;
- Monitors the overall performance of the sellers;
- Organizes and monitors recruitment activities and handles the conduct of trainings and seminars for newly recruited sellers;
- Attends to all sales & marketing related activities of the project/s assigned to her;
- Presides sales meetings with her sellers and provides all sales and marketing related information which is vital to meeting the corporate targets
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
