Job Description

The Graphic Designer will assist the Marketing Team with the production and implementation of the company and its portfolio creative requirements. This position will also be responsible for the co-management of the organization’s creative library and materials database.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for creative design solutions that have a high visual impact
Creates branding proposals, advertising materials, e-books, magazines, brochures, folders, packaging, exhibitions and display materials, flyers, and online materials such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok posts, online ads and banners, as well as company AVPs and other video material.
Responsible for creating branding standard guidelines for the company and ensuring all design outputs are aligned with company's and brands’ standards
Prepares rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
Reviews final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Minimum Qualifications
Possesses Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, and Layout skills. Basic video / Motion Graphics creation an advantage.
Minimum 1 year experience in graphic design work involving various formats
Must have experience and knowledge in production of print and digital materials
Must be detail-oriented, output-driven, deadline-driven, innovative and pro-active
Must be passionate and open to improvements and skill enhancements
Must be creative, dynamic thinker, resourceful and has initiative
Must be a team player; works in collaboration with other members of the marketing team, and other departments.
Must have excellent communication and collaborative skills
Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage
Software Expertise:
Applicants should have extensive knowledge of the use of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Premiere / After Effects
As well as knowledge of and experience using the following programs:
Microsoft Office
Apple iMovie
Wix and similar platforms
Google Suite
Mailchimp
Wordpress and other CMS programs
