Duties and Responsibilities
1. Greet and interact with customers and help store customers in locating products in the
store.
2. Process the sale of merchandise, getting stock from the warehouse and testing item in
front of customers.
3. Ensure the security of the product merchandise to prevent losses.
4. Maintain the appearance of the display rack, restock shelves, display items properly.
5. Cleaning, sweeping, dusting and mopping as needed.
6. Assist the customers in the billing and packing process at the checkout counter.
7. Report loss and damage of products, customer feedback and complaints to the store
manager/officer.
8. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
