Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and establish annual training plan and calendar.
• Facilitate the New Employee Orientation (NEO) and develop new strategies and topics enhance the onboarding experience of new hires.
• Maintain inventory of New Employee kits and ensure timely replenishment, if needed.
• Gather and create list of training providers based on the training needs and budget.
• Maintain learning database and ensure that it is up to date for more efficient and accurate source of annual training reports.
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure the application and incorporation of taught skills and behavior.
• Prepare and process finance and procurement-related documents such as FYA, cash advance forms, and liquidation reports.
• Ensure relevant forms and documentations of all training programs are complete and kept on file.
• Aid the Sr. HR Supervisor in other tasks related to learning and development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in learning/training and development, or a related field
• In- depth knowledge in learning and development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
