Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer service and experience.

Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the customer service industry is preferred
Completed 2 years in college with at least 72 units
Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply

Earn up to 20k Salary Package
20% Night Differential
HMO Coverage for employee upon Day 1 and HMO dependent upon certification

13th and 14th month pay
