Job Description

Are you excited about providing exceptional customer service? We're hiring a Customer Service Representative in Iloilo City - Iloilo. The job is for the Premium Healthcare industry. This position is tailor-made for you!

Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensure top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Show excellent communication skills while interacting with clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with your team to create exceptional experiences for our clients. Our focus is on the field of Premium Healthcare.

Needed Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least two years of college (equal to 72 units) and six months of BPO experience. Or, they must have graduated from a 4-year course and have at least six months of BPO experience. (Candidates with excellent communication skills but no BPO experience are welcome!)
Have a strong customer service orientation and good analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing.
