To get you started:
Oversees all billing department operations.
Hires, onboards, and manages billing associates.
Knows how to use popular bookkeeping software.
Trains billing associates on departmental best practices.
Creates all billing department policies and procedures.
Investigates and resolves payment and billing issues.
Works directly with customers and clients as needed.
Collaborates with other finance department leaders.
Maintains confidentiality of all financial and personal information.
Acts as the point of contact for colleagues from other departments.

Qualifications:
•Any Medical Allied Courses (graduate not required, experience is optional) OR
6 mos. healthcare experience (BPO/Non BPO) for non medical related courses
• Can communicate and understand basic an English
• good to excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Keen to details
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Able to start immediately
