Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Process Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient supply chain strategies, managing inventory levels, assessing supplier performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Additionally, the candidate will lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and cost savings within the supply chain network.

Qualifications:
MBA or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from a Tier-1 college preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a strong academic record.
- 9-13 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in a team management role.
- Specialized expertise in S/4HANA solution design, business case and roadmap development, solution development, testing, and deployment.
- 4+ project lifecycle experiences with a focus on SAP or S/4HANA implementations.
Domain knowledge in supply chain management, specifically in inbound logistics, fulfillment, outbound logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Understanding of the end-to-end cycle of S/4HANA projects, including Blueprinting, Configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live, and Post GO-Live.
- Knowledge of integration aspects of EWM with modules such as TM, MM, PP is advantageous.
- Experience in working on proposals and providing support for SAP supply chain management templates.
