Job Description

As a Financial Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire sales process, from pursuit to close, leveraging your deep expertise in sales processes and offerings. The primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers, both within existing client organizations and potential new clients in the Financial Services (FS) industry. This role requires the ability to identify and address client problems, craft compelling value propositions, and lead initiatives that create mutual value for both clients and the company.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2-3 years of experience as a Financial Services Analyst.
Proven track record of successfully managing sales processes and closing deals in the Financial Services industry.
Experience in leading and closing Consulting and SI deals, along with multi-year application outsourcing deals.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to complex business problems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
