Job Description

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business course
At least 2 years of experience in the banking industry as a head or manager
Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
