Job Description
Duties:
- Reports to Project Supervisor and Project Manager
- Coordinates with field engineers as any administrative issues that may arise
- Address inquiries of the building owner and may refer them to concerned coordinator and/or through MS Forms link
- Organizing files according to the unit procedure
- Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient project operations
- Routes and delivers memoranda, correspondence and other important papers as may be assigned
- Performs other duties as may be assigned
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Handles any customer concerns and issues in a timely and correct manner
- Processes end-to-end customer applications/transactions
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Proficiency in MS Office & Computer skills
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, 3 months experience in customer service is an advantage
Work Location: On-site, Mercedes Pasig
Work Schedule: 5 working days, Monday to Friday
