Job Description
At least 7 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or
management role.
Certifications or credentials in customer experience, service design, or related fields, such as CXPA, CCXP, Service Design Network, or Medallia is a plus.
SALARY RANGE: PHP 25,000.00-PHP 40,000.00
