Job Description

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Location: Brgy. Sacred Heart, Quezon City

Salary: Php 18,200.00/monthly + Free meal

Job Desription:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and inventory management
- Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
- Optimize production processes and minimize costs
- Obtain and renew permits and licenses
- Oversee facility maintenance and repair activities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment
- Analyze purchasing trends and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and expenses
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed
Salary:
