Research Associate (Mandarin Speaking)

The position of a Research Associate has the following responsibilities to support our Client - RPO company:

- Marketing Calls (English/Mandarin/Cantonese) to Clients/Customers (Introduction calls)
- ⁠Setting up appointment calls, Interview calls.
- Acquire familiarity with Web 2.0 tools, including research directories, ATS, CRM software, association platforms, and major job boards
- Comprehensive research on target companies, employing effective research techniques to ensure data accuracy and relevancy.
- Organize and input collected information into the database, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and upholding data integrity standards.
- Conduct confirmation call (English/Mandarin/Cantonese) with relevant contacts to validate and confirm the accuracy of the gathered information.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns using Online CRM Platforms.
- Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

- Outstanding communication skills - English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)
- ⁠Relevant past experiences is required. End-to-end talent acquisition.
- Ability to multitask and to work part of a global team as well as worked autonomously

Salary : depends on individual skills and experience (25,000 - 40,000)
