Job Description

Qualifications:
 A graduate of at least two (2) year Computer / Electronic courses or any equivalent courses
 Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus factor
 Has strong customer service orientation
 Has valid Professional Driver’s license to drive motorcycle and/or 4-wheeled vehicles
 Preferably male ,Dependable , trustworthy and loyal

Job Summary
 The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients:
 Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customer Service
Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards.
 Provides technical support to sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall
goals/objectives of the company.
 Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus.
