Learning And Develoment Supervisor (Pampanga)

I. LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (1)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 Graduate of any Business Course, Psychology or a related field
 Experience working in Learning and Development as team lead or any similar
 Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
 Experience in project management and budgeting
 Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
 Professional training certification is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Create and execute learning strategies and programs
 Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

 Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-
shadowing, online training)

 Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
 Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of
learning opportunities
 Outsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and L&D
 Track budgets and negotiate contracts
SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K
