Job Description

Promote products, specifically Motultech and ELBA lubricants, Automatic Lubricator, Neuron SW, and offer technical solutions to customers nationwide.

2. Develop and execute a sales plan and customer coverage plan to achieve agreed-upon sales volume goals and sales growth targets.

3. Understand the industry within the assigned market area including industry fundamentals, operational processes, and conditions, supply and service requirements.

4. Introduce and develop Xaint products to Key Industries, 1.) Power Generation, 2.) Cement, 3.) Plastic Manufacturing, 4.) Semiconductors 5.) Food Manufacturing

5. Introduce and develop Xaint new product offerings to its intended target market

6. Visit target customers on a regular basis to promote, generate new business, initiate new projects for Xaint products.

7. Technical sales presentation to customers, and product optimization proposals for specific customer projects, and support the needs of customers and new business opportunities.

8. Process supplier's accreditation form as required by the prospective client.

9. Attend and participate in the pre-bid conference and prepare necessary documents required to join the bidding

10. Work closely with the Engineering department to solve customers' problems and provide technical assistance to customers.

11. Submit weekly sales progress reports and itinerary.

12. Present and report weekly sales progress during the weekly sales meeting

13. Engage and prospect leads given by the management from time to time

14. Assist South East Group in achieving its company-wide Milestone and growth target

15. Maintain and build a strong working relationship with key accounts
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
