Job Description

We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Digital Finance Platform Transformation Consultant with expertise in digital finance and platform transformation. The consultant will be responsible for leading the execution of digital transformation projects within the financial services sector, specifically focusing on platform modernization and optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Japanese language and culture is essential for this role.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital finance and platform transformation
- SAP FICO or Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS (e-business suite) design and implementation
- Finance business process knowledge related to Organization Structure, Master Data, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, etc.
- Experience in SAP/ other ERP reporting capabilities in BI/BO, BW, SAC, etc.
- Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture and practices
