Job Description

Position: HR Manager
Location: Eastwood Quezon City
Job type: fulltime, onsite, direct hire and urgent
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: to be discussed during initial interview
Education and Experience required: Must BSBS Major in Human Resources or related course and must have 5 years as an HR Manager or Supervisor

Job Summary:
HR MANAGER – with knowledge and experience in labor laws, compensation and benefits,
organizational planning and development, HR discipline, recruitment and selection, employee relations, safety and training.
 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
 Manage, create, implement and supervise policies and regulations
 Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organization
 Oversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safety
 Consult with management on strategic planning and serves as a link between management and
its employees/staff
 Handle staffing issues, mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
