Job Description
The Competence Development Associate is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This role involves conducting training needs assessments, designing engaging learning materials, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness. Key qualifications include expertise in instructional design, project management skills, excellent communication, and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with prior experience in corporate training preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field .
Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software.
Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices in training and development.
Experience working in a corporate training environment is preferred.
