Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Process home loans application to various bank and delivery of assigned functions based on department standard timeline / KRA’s.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Received turned over account/s folder from Central Customer Document Control department and check completeness of docs based on standard.
-Update account status to Noah using department stages with the corresponding remarks.
-Monitor account’s equity and construction status as to bank application reference.
-Call buyers regarding submission of needed requirements.
-Collate necessary requirements and submit to accredited banks for loan approval.
-Monitor bank approval and inform buyer as to status, loan signing schedule and submission of additional docs should there be bank findings.
-Furnish Finance department and other concerned departments of bank disclosure statement once account is taken out.
-Liaising to various bank for accounts reconciliation and delivery of necessary documents for takeout.
-Prepare Deed of Absolute Sale of buyers taken out to various bank and monitor compliances to proceed turnover of signed DOAS to -Conversion department.
-Preparation of mid and monthly report and submit to senior assistant.
-Update account’s status once taken out and monitor buyer’s ledger as to posting of loan proceeds.
-Prepare appropriate notices to buyer/s that are declined by bank.
-Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

-Graduate of any 4-year business course.
-With knowledge in liaison work
-MS Office Application proficient
-Good communication skills (oral and written), decision making skills, negotiation skills & listening skills.
