Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the Warehouse personnel and drivers to ensure proper performance of their functions.
• Ensure that standard procedures on the receiving and releasing of materials, and documentations follows the process
• Prepare and submit reports related to warehouse activities, inventories, tools and equipment, and service vehicles to provide updated and useful information to operations.
• Manage inventories inside the warehouse to allow the efficient retrieval and control of the materials and to avoid damage or loss due to poor storage.
• Coordinate with the Safety Department the disposal of general waste or scrap materials from the warehouse to maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Manage the schedule of the service vehicles to cater to the needs of the Operations maximize the utilization of the vehicle available.
• Monitor the issuance, return and maintenance of tools and equipment to prevent loss or damage
• Maintain a systematic and well-organized filing system for documentations related to warehouse activities and service vehicles to ensure completeness of records and to provide easy access to reference.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to provide support to the operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree of any four-year course or related to Supply Chain Management
• Preferably with more than 2 years of experience as Logistics Officer
• With background in Warehousing and Inventory Control Processes
• With experience in construction industry is advantage
• With experience in handling Signage/Construction related Materials
• With good communication skills
• Knowledgeable in using MS Software
• Keen to details
• Willing to work overtime
• Can start immediately
