Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Configuring and maintaining SAP SF modules.
• Managing employee data, including maintaining accurate employee records and managing employee life cycle processes.
• Managing talent management processes.
• Supporting workforce planning and workforce analytics processes.
• Providing training and support to end-users.

Required Skills:
• Minimum 4 years of SF Consulting Experience, EC & ECP experience is highly desired.
• Should have worked in at least 1 End to End Implementation project (Handling Requirement Gathering, BBP, Realization, UAT, Go-Live Phases) as Independent Consultant
• Live Phases) as Independent Consultant
• Experience Handling customers (Preferably Deployed at customer Locations)
• Experience in related modules like PM/GM, LMS, RCM are preferable
• Good Academics, Job stability are mandatory Prerequisites.
