Job Description

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Become an effective source of information in your area of expertise. This would include having skills in the SAP Core Technical Areas that may include but are not limited to SAP ABAP, Data Dictionary, Reports, ALVs, SAPScripts, Smartforms, RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Points, Dialog Programming, IDocs, SPAU/SPDD, LSMW, and OSS Notes Implementation. This would also include having the Debugging skills needed to go through complex Standard SAP objects as well as Customized ABAP objects of varying degrees of complexity.
• This would also include having knowledge in any of the following SAP Advanced Technical Areas that may include but are not limited to ABAP Object Oriented Programming, AdobeForms, BSPs, Optimization Techniques, XI/PI, Workflow, ABAP HR, ABAP ISU, ABAP CRM, ABAP SRM, Mobile Infrastructure, iViews, Archiving, and Authorizations.
• As he is expected to work on a wide range of SAP modules with each module having different SAP Objects including Transactions, Database Tables, Business Objects, Function Modules, Classes, and Programs – Standard or Bespoke – this would include having basic knowledge in all the SAP Functional Modules and a solid knowledge of one or more of the following SAP Functional Modules that may include but are not limited to FI, CO, SD, MM, PP.
• Create documentation and white papers that will be used in case studies and training session for more junior members.
• Participate and conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions to members of the company.
• Address issues related to the SAP client system in a timely manner and with respect to SLA
• To administer, support and recommend improvements to the SAP system
• Accommodate project and client assignments and adhere to work schedule in accordance to business requirement
• Be able to mentor more junior resources and provide expert advise to project SMEs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development, support or application maintenance activities
• Preferably with SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Fiori experience
• Knowledgeable in SAP Core Technical Areas that may include but are not limited to SAP ABAP, Data Dictionary, Reports, ALVs, SAPScripts, Smartforms, RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Points, Dialog Programming, IDocs, SPAU/SPDD, LSMW, and OSS Notes Implementation. • Must be amenable to working onsite 2 days a week in McKinley, Taguig.​
