Job Description
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints.
Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem.
Required Skills:
SHS/HS Graduate must have 6 months BPO experience (local account is accepted)
Ability to convey information effectively with a neutral accent.
Knowledgeable of MS Office applications.
Willing to work night shift or shifting schedules
Good communication and presentation skills.
