Job Description
WORK LOCATION: Las Piñas City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | With a willingness to work overtime
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field will be a plus
· Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
· Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, and other systems
· Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
· Manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office knowledge
· Good physical condition and strength
