Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3 years of BPO experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- 1 year of relevant Sales experience (upselling, cross-selling, online sales, or telemarketing).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
