Job Description:
- In-charge of formulating and implementing the Preventive Maintenance of all equipment in the building;
- Securing that the equipment are available at any time they are needed;
- In-charge of reviewing, formulating and implementing construction guidelines
- Checking implementation of construction guidelines according to the scope of works submitted by different owner’s contractors;
- In-charge of maintaining, recommending and purchasing of necessary parts and equipment to upgrade the existing equipment of the building;
- In-charge of scheduling and implementing the schedule of technicians
- Checking and coordinating with concerned parties the service requests on calls reported;
- Liaison with PM contractors for the maintenance of building equipment and utilities;
- Review preventive maintenance contracts, service contracts.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.
- Registered Mechanical Engineer
- With at least 2-3years experience in property management industry
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays
Salary Range: 30k (negotiable depends on skills and work-related experience)
