Job Description
College Graduate of 4 yrs course.
Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.
Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field.
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
1. SOP
· Check existing Company SOP’s.
· Assist Supervisor/Manager in checking actual work process to creating applicable SOP.
· Assist Supervisor/Manager in conducting training/re-orientation to members on new or changes to Company SOP’s.
· Create general file of Company SOP’s in preparation to ISO plan.
2. AUDITOR
· Conduct periodic/random compliance audit on Company SOP’s.
· Prepare audit report as basis for continuous improvement.
· Recommend counter/preventive measures and process improvement.
· Conduct random inventory audit to warehouse.
· Prepare audit report on the result of spot inventory audit.
