Job Description
Knowledgeable areas in Human Resources Department including Recruitment, Training, Compensation, Payroll.
In deep knowledge in Employee Relations in maintaining industrial peace within the Employer and Employee and maintain zero Labor cases filed through NLRC and the likes.
Efficiently manage Admin Services including shuttle service, canteen and other services.
Manage and oversees Admin Security, Safety and Clinic operations
Can handle procesing of PEZA Visa, DOLE AEP, Immigration and BIR requirement for expats.
Basic knowledge in the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource, or any related course
At least 5 years of management expereince in human resource
Have expereince in all facets of HR (recruitment, payroll, training, etc)
The person should be an expert / knowledgeable in Philipine Labor Law
