Job Description

A) Executes and monitors the company policies and guidelines and administers various HR plans and procedures for all personnel.
b) Orients working regulation, code of conduct, and Arkray branding to the new rank-and-file employees
c) Prepares and reports monthly employees' premium and loan payments of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF).
d) Maintains company organization charts, employee directory, and 201 files.
e) Checks and prepares notices/memorandums to employees on salary and job level movement. 
f) Responsible for research, coordination, and organizing company events and other incentive programs for employees.
g) Monitors training data to ensure that training programs are facilitated according to plan and budget. 
h) Search, check, and screen all potential training providers that fit the company's training needs.
i) Prepares and ensures complete documents needed for internal, customer, and external audits.
j) Provides input and prepares monthly HRGA operations reports to the HRGA Manager and Admin Division Manager. 
k) Ensures harmonious relationships of various teams within the company. Provide counseling to employees when the need arises.          

a) Graduate of Psychology course.
b) Must have solid experience handling various tasks in HRGA for 5 years in a manufacturing company.
c) With good communication and presentation skills.          
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
