Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for creating and executing a sales and marketing plan to expand Company Knowledge Management’s customer base and the company’s global reach.

He/She establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products/services. The incumbent also ensures that the sales team delivers and meets their objectives by continuously developing their skills and providing motivation though mentoring.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Manages organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls to ensure effective and efficient sales strategies are in place.

2. Plans and develops sales policies and strategies to ensure the achievement of departmental and business targets.

3. Sets individual targets with the sales team in order to meet planned sales goals.

4. Leads the team by accomplishing related results and handling opportunities to ensure everyones efforts contributes to the attainment of the departments targets.

5. Makes suggestions and recommendations and provides support to the sales force to strengthen generating leads and closing new deals.

6. Leads in the development and implementation of programs for product positioning and promotions.

7. Keeps current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors to maintain sales volume, product mix, selling price, and sustain competitive- advantage.

8. Clearly communicates the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders to continuously strengthen client-relationship.

9. Constantly learns different business development techniques and information on new products relevant to ADEC Innovations Knowledge Management products and services to keep abreast with external and internal environment.

10. Actively communicates issues or concerns encountered in order to resolve it on a timely

and efficient manner.

11. Conducts regular performance coaching and reviews, provides objective feedback, and documents progress of direct reports to ensure effective and responsive delivery of services.

12. Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all employees.

13. Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.

14. Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.

15. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

 At least 2-year managerial experience on knowledge based with a successful career in the sales, business, account

management

 Graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Business, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or any related

course

 BA/BS degree or equivalent, a master’s degree is an advantage
 Any related certifications are an advantage.
